Kritva, the word owing its inception to the Sanskrit language, means 'to do'. The Annual Management and Cultural festival of IMI, New Delhi is celebrated for years now. With the magnitude increasing with each passing year, Kritva aims to promote a spirit of competition and rivalry providing a real-time experience for tomorrow's budding managers to hone their skills. The fittest survive, the best win, however, everyone learns in one way or the other. This year's Kritva theme, "Breaking the Stereotype" envisions nurturing a thought- To fight against all the prejudices. India has always been a country burdened with a number of stereotypes and myths.

These have stalled the progress of the nation for a long time and are apparent everywhere - corporate, politics, culture, sports, entertainment, society and every other domain that one can possibly think of. But, things are changing. The outworn beliefs of the past and the status-quo today, are now being questioned more than ever.

This year Kritva, aims at focussing on a very crucial issue that has paralysed the nation for a long time. India has always been a country burdened under a number of stereotypes and myths.
